Quality assurance is an absolutely necessary component of any translation. Quality assurance measures start from the initial phase of the project. We formulate our questions to the customer so that the answers will ensure precise fulfillment of the customer's requirements; we choose translators whose experience might be useful in the specific area of the translation, we select reference materials for translators, and the received files from them are processed to guarantee the maximum speed and the best quality. During the entire production process, our managers are always in close contact with clients – this makes it possible to solve potential problems at the start of the project and immediately react to any changes in the project conditions.
During translation, our employees use varied control methods to eradicate possible errors. Then the translation is turned over to editors for review. At Plus Translation, all translations undergo a mandatory editing phase performed using specialized software created by our company's developers which further enhance our editors' advanced language skills.
